Step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what grounds you. Join Mark and Ai for a rejuvenating daylong yoga retreat at the peaceful Green Gulch Zen Center, tucked in the coastal hills of Muir Beach.

We’ll begin with an invigorating alignment-based yoga practice to awaken the body and center the mind. Afterward, enjoy a nourishing farm-to-table organic lunch, sourced straight from their gardens.

The midday break offers time for whatever your heart needs: a stroll to Muir Beach, a peaceful wander through the gardens, a scenic hike, or simply resting with a cup of tea and one of Ai’s homemade treats.

Our afternoon session will include restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation, designed to help you unwind deeply and integrate the day’s experience.

Schedule:

9:30am-12:30pm: Morning Yoga Practice

12:30-1:15pm: Lunch (included)

1:15-2:45pm: Break + tea/snack

2:45-4:30pm: Afternoon practice
