Start your day with an invigorating alignment-based yoga practice, setting the tone for a day of rejuvenation and mindfulness. Following your practice, indulge in a delicious farm-to-table organic lunch, sourced from the bountiful gardens of Green Gulch along with their famous sourdough bread.

During the break, take advantage of the serene surroundings by strolling to the nearby Muir Beach, exploring the renowned gardens of Green Gulch, embarking on a scenic hike, or simply unwinding with tea and Ai's delightful homemade treats.

The afternoon session includes restorative yoga, pranayama, and meditation, offering a peaceful opportunity to deepen your practice and nourish your mind, body, and heart.

8:15am: Optional Zazen meditation in Zendo

9:30am-12:30pm: Morning Practice

12:30-1:15pm: Lunch (included)

2:30-4:30pm: Afternoon practice
